LUXURY APARTMENT BUILDING IN PARKLAND
Project & Construction Management for a new Apartment building in Stony Plain, Alberta.
Four-story Apartment at approximately 21,200 sq ft per floor with 2 elevators.
84 Apartments (1 and 2 bedroom) with an underground parkade that has a Car Wash and and a Commercial Pet Washing Station.
We started construction in January, 2020 and by March we had the foundation and suspended slab complete. At that point the project was put on hold for 35 days due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In May, 2020 construction resumed and despite the pandemic we were able to achieve occupancy for the first tenants by April, 2021. Once we started framing we were able to complete the project within 11 months and came in $400,000 under budget.

APARTMENT RENOVATION PROJECT IN SLAVE LAKE
Project Managers for a $2,000,000 renovation project for two 3-storey buildings for the Grizzly Ridge Apartment block in Slave Lake, Alberta. Pro Staff was responsible for preparing and issuing RFQ documents, awarding the work and monitoring the construction.
